We use this information to respond to your request, have a licensed agent discuss potential life-insurance options, protect the website, maintain consent records, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
How information may be shared
Information may be shared with Summit Life Group Ltd. Liability Co. licensed agents, insurance carriers, underwriting or application-service providers, and service providers that help operate this website, but only as reasonably needed to review or process your insurance request or comply with law. We use the Meta Pixel on our public website and quote page to measure visits, quote starts, completed form steps, phone-link clicks, and completed quote requests and help evaluate our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive cookie identifiers, your IP address, browser information, the page URL, and whether a request was started or completed, completed step numbers, and whether a phone link was clicked. We do not include your questionnaire answers, name, email address, phone number, or text-message consent choices in these events. Automatic event detection and automatic matching are disabled in our website integration. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through your Meta account.
Text-message program
The quote form presents two separate, unchecked text-message consent boxes. If you select the informational box, messages may include request confirmations, licensed-agent communications, appointment reminders, and customer-service updates. If you separately select the optional marketing box, messages may include information about life-insurance products, coverage options, benefits, pricing, and related offers. Health and financial information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, or detailed medical or prescription records through this website. Additional eligibility questions, if needed, should be handled by a licensed agent or carrier through its approved application process.
Contact choices
