Text-message program terms

Program description

The Summit Life Group Ltd. Liability Co. Quote Alerts program sends informational and, when separately authorized, marketing text messages to people who request information about life-insurance products. Informational messages may include request confirmations, licensed-agent communications, appointment reminders, and customer-service updates. Marketing messages may include information about life-insurance products, coverage options, benefits, pricing, and related offers.

How to opt in

You may opt in by entering your mobile number on the Summit Life Group Ltd. Liability Co. quote-request form and actively selecting one or both of two separate, unchecked consent boxes. The first box authorizes non-marketing quote and appointment messages. The second box separately authorizes marketing and promotional messages. The boxes are optional and are not preselected. Consent is not a condition of submitting a quote request, receiving service, or purchasing any product or service. Leave both boxes unchecked to submit without text messages and receive follow-up by email.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies and is typically 1–3 messages per quote request unless you continue the conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or call Summit Life Group Ltd. Liability Co. at (417) 539-7137. After opting out, you will not receive additional program messages unless you opt in again.

Delivery and eligibility

Message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the authorized user of the mobile number provided and at least 18 years old.

Privacy and sensitive information

Review our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your information. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, or detailed medical or prescription records by text message.
